The GICA Map: Government, Industry, Civil Society, Academia Multi-agent / PPP Model in India - Where Are the Gaps?

Many of today’s challenges cannot be solved by one sector alone. This roundtable will explore the relationship between Government, Industry, Civil Society, and Academia — the four key pillars of the GICA framework — and examine where gaps in collaboration still exist within India’s development ecosystem. The discussion will focus on how stronger partnerships, especially through Public-Private-People models, can improve innovation, implementation, and long-term impact. Participants will share experiences and ideas on creating more connected systems where knowledge, policy, industry, and communities work together instead of in silos.
