A practical guide to the summit, PECO framework and PECOWorld journey.

About the Summit

What is the RISE PECOWorld Summit 2026?
It is the 13th edition of the RISE World Summit, redesigned as a global, hybrid, distributed summit from 1-5 June 2026. The shift is from convening conversations to building living coalitions through PECOWorld.
What does global, hybrid, distributed mean?
Global means participation across countries. Hybrid means online and in-person formats. Distributed means there is no single host city: partners can host sessions wherever they are, while the platform keeps the summit connected.
Is it free to participate?
Yes. The summit and PECOWorld platform are free for MVP access. If a partner hosts a physical off-site event with real costs, that partner may recover those costs directly.
Do I have to attend all days?
No. Each day is thematically independent, but attending the full arc gives the clearest experience of Partnership, Entrepreneurship, Citizenship and Ownership.

The PECO Framework

What does PECO stand for?
Partnership, Entrepreneurship, Citizenship and Ownership. The first three are personas; Ownership is the outcome when all three commit together.
What are the three PECO personas?
Partner means steward of resources. Entrepreneur means builder of solutions. Citizen means carrier of trust and community traction.
How do I know which role I fit into?
Take the persona test. You may have more than one tendency, but the platform starts with your strongest current orientation and lets approved Enabler Tools evolve from your activity.
What is the 3C Passport?
The 3C Passport declares your Cause, Community and County. It tells the platform what issue you care about, who the work is for, and where the work lives.

PECOWorld Platform

What happens after I register or join?
You attempt the persona test, complete your PECO Passport, attend summit sessions, move toward relevant PECONets, post or respond on GOTO Exchange, and convert fit into PECOCircle participation.
What is GOTO Exchange?
It is the lightest active contribution layer. A member posts one Give Offer or one Take Offer. Other members show interest, and admins or mappers can introduce high-fit matches.
What is a PECONet?
A PECONet is a warm network around one or more dimensions of Cause, Community or County. It helps people find alignment before forming deeper commitments.
What is a PECOCircle?
A PECOCircle is a living coalition around a specific cause, community and place, with Partners, Entrepreneurs and Citizens moving from interest into shared ownership.
