Builders of solutions
Startups, social enterprises and innovators who have a product or service that solves the problem. They see arbitrage as an opportunity to build bridges, rather than exploit for self-gain alone. They solve.
What they bring: Solutions, innovations, technology, methodology and mechanisms.
What they need: Resources to sustain them and means to spread usage.

Community leaders, activists and individuals who hold the most underestimated requirement for change: traction. They carry solutions to the people who need them most. They share.
What they bring: Influence, information, networks, community trust, ground truth, visibility, last-mile reach and lived experience.
What they need: Solutions and resources that will benefit their constituencies for progress and prosperity.

Every coalition forms around a cause where the system has failed the people it was meant to serve. Naming the cause is the first act of ownership.
C2 · The Vulnerable Group
Systemic failure is never evenly distributed. It falls hardest on those with the least power to resist it. PECOWorld coalitions are anchored to the specific community the problem is hurting most.
C3 · The Geography
Change is always local before it is global. A coalition without geography is a conversation without consequence. PECOWorld roots every effort in a real place because context is everything.

A Circle is a PECOWorld coalition: Partners who sustain, Entrepreneurs who solve and Citizens who carry. Gathered around a specific cause, for a specific community, in a specific place.
Every Circle on PECOWorld can be found, joined and tracked. Progress is transparent. Contributions are visible. The work is real.
