This roundtable explores why student engagement should not end at graduation, and how it should evolve into lifelong relationships built on shared learning, mentorship, collaboration, and collective contribution as alumni. This roundtable discusses how institutions can nurture stronger connections with students during their academic journey and continue building meaningful engagement long after they leave campus. The session will explore the PECO methodology, to strengthen and leverage student networks and alumni communities not just as informal groups , but as ecosystems of support, knowledge-sharing, and co-creation that can shape future generations and create lasting social impact.
