The Beyond Series 4. Beyond Me to Ours: Whose Planet is it anyway? The Systems Ownership Mindset

This roundtable focuses on shifting from an individual mindset of “my role” or “my responsibility” to a shared mindset of collective ownership and collaboration. Many social, environmental, and economic challenges continue because people and institutions often work in isolation. The session will explore how adopting a systems ownership mindset can help individuals, organizations, and communities see themselves as active co-owners of larger change processes.
