ABCD for Enterprises - Building Blocks for a strong foundation

This workshop introduces entrepreneurs to Idobro's in-house ABCD framework, shifting the focus from what a community lacks to the abundant resources, skills, and strengths it already possesses. Participants will learn how to map local assets—including human talent, social networks, and environmental resources—and leverage them to build resilient, community-centered enterprises. Entrepreneurs will leave with actionable tools to co-create value alongside the community, fostering sustainable growth built on a foundation of trust, collaboration, and collective capability.
