Action plan
1. Invite people who believe in a systems thinking approach and collective action to solve the world's wicked problems to create their own PECONet and PECOCircles 2. Conduct regular capacity building sessions to implement and sustain the momentum of these spaces 3. Identify requirements and cross-learning opportunities to build on each other learnings and successes.

First PECOLab
From Connections to Collaborations PECOlab is a hands-on online workshop designed to help participants experience PECOWorld by turning connections into meaningful collaborations and collective action. Participants will define a purpose, discover aligned people using the Persona and 3C Passport, explore mutual contributions through GOTO Exchange, and build towards a PECONet or PECOCircle. Bring an idea, challenge, opportunity, existing initiative, or community you want to take forward—and come ready to collaborate, contribute, and create.
